Thornburg Bridge Project

Thornburg Bridge Rehabilitation (SR 60, A55)

The proposed project consists of roadway rehabilitation from Cornell Avenue to Woodmere Drive.  The bridge preservation project is approximately 1,240 feet long with work that includes bridge zone painting, hydrodemolition/latex overlay, barrier repairs, bearing replacement, strip seal replacement, substructure repairs and superstructure repairs. To be included is minimal roadway approach work, minor drainage work, guide rail updates, signing/pavement marking updates, traffic signal replacement at the eastern limit, ADA curb ramp updates as required and other miscellaneous construction.
